AUTHORIZED PROVIDER FEES OF AMERICAN LIFEGUARD AND SAFETY TRAINING
The American Lifeguard Association is an educational association with the full support from both the Swimming Pool and Spa Association and Global Lifeguards, a nonprofit 501c3) organization. These organizations are all members of the Global Lifeguard Association, and make up one of the largest global aquatic consortiums. Over the past 30 years, they have certified over 250,000 individuals worldwide. Training programs including the American Lifeguard & Safety Training™ programs are offered to the general public at over 1,800 locations in over 100 countries and 600 cities.
Upon completion of each of the certification programs of either the American Lifeguard Association or the Swimming Pool and Spa Association, we require that you enter the student information into our online program and email us the number of students that completed the program at alalifeguard@aol.com.
The student information must be entered the very same day of class completion. Once we receive the roster and student fees, we will process the certification cards and ship the waterproof certification cards within 24 hours.
In addition, all credentials will also be uploaded to the Aquatic Industry’s online credential verification service within the next 24 hours. Once it has been uploaded, you will be able to check your listing by clicking this link: Universal Certification. You, an employer, or government official will be able to verify your new certifications anytime in the future.
Please note that delays in turning in the student rosters and paying student fees on the same day may result in a fine, suspension of your designation as an authorized provider.
The Provider shall indemnify and hold the American Lifeguard Association, Inc. and each of its directors, officers, employees, agents and Affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, losses, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys', consultants' and experts' fees) (collectively, "Claims") arising out of or relating to any inaccuracy or breach of ALA's representations, warranties, covenants or any claim or action for products liability, personal injury, death or other cause of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including actions based upon negligence of ALA under this Agreement.
If any term, covenant, condition or provision of this Agreement or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, shall to any extent be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the remainder of this Agreement, or application of such term or provision to a person or circumstance other than to those as to which it is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each term, covenant, condition or provision of this Agreement shall be valid and shall be enforced to the fullest extent provided by law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia.
At any time, without notice, for any or no reason, the American Lifeguard Association, Inc., reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, to modify and discontinue any portion or all of this agreement, and to restrict, suspend and terminate this authorize agreement.
