FedEx International Shipping for student certifications
In 2020 the American Lifeguard Association is changing its way in regards to student certifications to be shipped internationally. All International Providers must continue to enter their students into the online roster system the very same day they complete the program and notify us by email. But they may batch the student cards together in the future to minimize shipping fees. Meaning that if you plan to teach several classes over a week or two, you must enter the students into the roster system so their information can be uploaded into the online verification site at https://universalcertification.org, but let us know to hold off sending all the cards until later. Then when you are ready to receive your student cards, you need only to make payment here and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will print and ship them the very same day by FedEx. When you send the email, let us know the number of student cards that are needed to be printed and shipped, so we can confirm we will have all the cards in the batch.
In the meantime, the provider may take a snapshot of the front and the back of each student card to use as temporary proof of completion of the course. Again, all student certifications must be entered into the online roster system the very same day of course completion, and we must be promptly notified by email at email@example.com so they can be listed with https://universalcertification.org site.
